Traffic clears in Santa Rosa after signal outage, lane closure causes delays near Highway 101 - The Press Democrat
Traffic had also built up on the southbound Highway 101 offramp to College Avenue early Wednesday.
Traffic has cleared after a back up Wednesday morning north of downtown Santa Rosa after a traffic light outage near Highway 101.
The light at College Avenue near the highway overpass was out in all directions, and an eastbound lane was closed for a period of time, according to a Press Democrat staffer in the vicinity.
As of 9:20 a.m., the light was functioning and traffic was moving smoothly.
Traffic had also built up on the southbound Highway 101 offramp to College Avenue early Wednesday.
Santa Rosa police have not yet commented on the status of the light.
